This APK will work in all region, you just have to download and install and then play the latest version of Pokemon Go in any country.
The update is currently live on the Google Play Store, version 0.35.0. and for the iOS: 1.5.0

Pokémon GO is in the process of being updated to version 0.35.0 for Android and 1.5.0 for iOS devices. Below are some release notes and comments from our development team.
- Implemented Pokémon Appraisal: Trainers will now be able to learn about a Pokémon’s attack and defense capabilities from their Team Leader (Candela, Blanche or Spark) to determine which of their Pokémon have the most potential for battle.
- We are still working hard on several new and exciting features to come in the future of Pokémon GO.

    Have 4.3 jelly bean rooted and use hide my root.

    Since today September 26 2016 it worked very well but today I get a message that I must update, settings in the app are set to "no messages" in the play store on not updated and no messages but get still that update popup with update to continue... OK (button). Could only choose for OK and than it goes to the update and get the message not compatible with Pokémon Go , so I cant use 0.35 (and 0.33) anymore because of that message which I can't disable or remove.
